On January 9 at 3:43am, our lives changed for the better. Charlie was planning on just camping out on the inside until he was ready to go to college – or so I was convince. No matter how many walks I went on or how many spicy meals I consumed, this kid did not want to budge. Not everyone can say they were over 10 months pregnant, but I can! And I don’t think I’d be keen to have another almost 42 week long pregnancy haha.

But at the same time, everything worked out the exact way it was suppose to in order to bring this little (massive) healthy baby boy into our world. I have immense pride in the female body for the feats it’s able to endure because having a baby is definitely not a walk in the park! Instead, it’s more like one of those ultra marathons through the desert that I’ll never do 😆. And yet, ’d do it all over again to have this little guy here with us.
