The Pre-Wedding Preparation

Client Consultations: Building a rapport with our couples is key, picking wedding vendors is just as emotional as it is factual! We schedule in-depth consultations to understand their vision, discuss timelines, and set expectations.

Equipment Checks: There’s no room for technical glitches on the big day. We ensure our cameras, lenses, and other gear are in top shape and ready to capture each moment.

Timeline Planning: We work closely with the couple and wedding planners to draft a detailed timeline, ensuring we’re always in the right place at the right time.

On the Wedding Day

Time Management: Weddings can be unpredictable. We always allocate buffer times, ensuring we capture both planned and spontaneous moments. This also gives us room to adjust and be flexible if anything comes up like weather, traffic, etc.

Capturing Key Moments: From the first look to the last dance, we’re always on the move, ensuring no moment is missed.

Working with Other Vendors: Collaboration is key. We work closely with decorators, makeup artists, DJs, and more vendors to ensure smooth experiences.

Post-Wedding Workflow

Editing: With our timeless editing style, we enhance each photo, ensuring it tells a story. Our presets play a significant role in speeding up this process. Plus, using the right in-camera settings saves us so much time during editing! The right settings in-camera equal less editing needed.

Client Communication: We keep our couples in the loop by sharing sneak peeks and updating them on the delivery timeline. Over-communicating is always better than under-communicating!

Delivery: Our clients receive their photos and videos in a beautiful, seamless, and easy to use online gallery for easy sharing and access to professional printers. We also provide printing rights, but having access to professional printers is definitely a plus!
